Hello friendsI have very recently migrated to Windows 7 from Windows XP Pro. In my previous OS, I could add a shortcut of the connection (PPPoE mode) on the desktop which made it really easy to connect and disconnect. Now in Windows 7 I could not find any way to add a shortcut of the connection on the Desktop. If anyone knows any way, do please help me out.Thank you

I am using windows 7 and I can create the dialer for broadband. Not remembering the settings but it is most likely in network and connections.

Thanks folksI have created a network connection, but what I would like to create is a "shortcut to my connection", which I could not find any way to do. 🙁Please note that it is a limited 2Mbps connection. (Home Combo Plus)

Right click > Send to > Desktop

Right click > Send to > Desktop

I tried that already! Does not work...there is no option like that...

Select the connection/icon in Network Connections, then drag and drop to desktop.
