Hi,im from chennai, how to setup wifi hotspot in cafes controlled by centralized location .1. Any open source software for centralized location control server like login screen, voucher,sms gateway,chillispot ?2.firs 30mins free for users then they need to pay Rs.20 , 50/50 for cafe owners and me any ligal issues for that ?My friend have two cafes so i will test there.
