Broadband issue

hiiiiIn my office i am facing this issue. my broadband modem is getting a link but i am still unable to connect to internet in all the systems. when i am pinging 192.168.1.1 i am getting a reply i.e reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=

I am not getting exactly what are you saying...But i would suggest you to reset your modem to factory defaults..hope this will work.
