Vuze Beta has this new feature. It recommend you torrents based on your current and past downloads.
I cannot post a screenshot really because it is full of well piratable material. But pretty useful feature to have.

Not so sure about the privacy element considering it is 'suggesting' new downloads based on current and past downloads.
I am sure it is going to cause a lot of problems for Vuze as it practically makes it easy for you to pirate content.
