MTNL Broadband New Connection - Three Queries - Help Please!!!

Hi Friends,Finally i have my MTNL broadband connection. I would like to understand few things:1. How do i know when will i get my first bill and can i see that online?2. My current plan 645 combo is extremely slow neta. How can I get my speed issue satisfactorily resolved? whats the best approach which has worked in Delhi?b. How can i get my plan changed from current plan to a lower plan?Appreciate your guidance.

For the speed matters get a better plan. To get the plan changed call MTNL or go to the exchange, I prefer the latter as no one really picks up the phone.As for the bill, it comes with the telephone bill (grouped)Yes you can check usage and stuff on a special portal. The instructions are provided on the MTNL website.

How do i know when will i get my first bill and can i see that online?Ans: you'll get your bill after your billing cycle, usualy in mtnl they calculate bill from 1st date of moth to last date..but if u got connection on 23rd then u'll get your bill for 7 days in next month's second week.2. How can i get my plan changed from current plan to a lower plan?Ans: you can change your plan by call to toll free helpline no. of broadband area. and your plan will change from next month.

thanks guys...I am really now challenged with1. speed - logging complains at mtnl broadband does not help simply nothing happens...not sure what to do?"2. Wifi is not working...tried everything...seems TC450 1 is faulty. Lodged compalint with MTNL again nobody listens...Any idea how to proceed further....

when you say wifi isnt working, what is the issue with the wifi modem, are u getting full speed in the room where you have kept the modem? u can try changing the channel in wireless settings to 1,6 or 11 and see if it results in change of speed...have you tried this....also its best to avoid taking modems from mtnl..never trust them....
