MTNL (Mumbai) changed IP refresh interval from 6 hours to 10 hours??

I just checked my Sept 2012 Usage and it shows most sessions with a Session Time of 10:00 hrs instead of the usual 06:00 hrs. The others are random disconnects (which have been on the high, of late). Have any of you noticed that too? Sounds like good news!Also, any idea what areas the fibre-optic cables have been installed? Those 10 GB speeds look so tempting!
