Torrents not downloading in BSNL Broadband

I am not able to download anything through torrents in BSNL even though there are sufficient seeds available. This happened all of a sudden. I tried using BitTorrent and uTorrent.Is BSNL blocking torrents downloads or its due to anyother issue. I am having UL900plan.My modem is Telenet TNDSL 2120. Will there any issue due to Modem or Antivirus..?
 
if nothing works use a service like put.ioit's not as a solution of course. but i gave up trying to get airtel to unthrottle my torrents so i had to started looking at alternatives.
