MTNL Xpress 1000 2mbps upto 30GB, 1mbps post FUP in Mumbai

Getting an average of 1.5mbps after fup for some reason. Was down to 1mbps last month.

hey x720...how much speed are you getting on average in kBps ?????mine barely touches 201kBps....!what to do????
