Rapid 80gb or Rapid 175

The options for broadband in Gurgaon is pathetic. I wish I had more options but anyway, currently I'm on the 4mbps 150 gb plan, which goes to 256kbps post FUP. My question is, for those people who can calculate the price per gb, is it better to go for the 80gb plan or the 175gb plan?I do download stuff that can cross the 150gb I have currently, but I can curtail that. Let me hear your opinions.
 
Man, think about it that on a 8Mbps Speed you can exhaust 175GB in just a few days time, it is better to go for a low speed plan like 1,2 or 4Mbps with 70 or 80Gb which can last you more before downgrading back to 256Kbps.
