Zero Balance Account with Visa/Master Debit Card?

Looking for a Bank that is offering a zero balance account with a Visa or Mastercard offering.I know it's kind of a weird thing to ask, still want to know if its possible or what are the alternatives.

High Interest Rate Savings Account | Digital Banking | E-Wallet could have been but it offers a virtual prepaid card. dunno what that means.

I would want to to swap it at stores without the need of punching the pin that is required with Maestro cards.

I opened it 2 years ago, and it's a freaking MAESTRO CARD that they have given to me :angry:I don't even know if that account is still open or what 😕

SBI gives VISA. Go and ask them for the Yuva/International Debit card.

There are other nationalised banks, they are not that bad, you can try themCanara Bank, Andhra Bank and Syndicate Bank are better, but they are mostly down south
