internet speed required for playing dota 2 and league of legends

yello netizens i am using hathway internet Bangalore(no other service in my area so had to take it)and their plans are really bad as after fup speed goes down to 256kbps....(yeah that's sadly true.....256kbps)i am considering taking a 512kbps unlimited(no fup and this remains 512 always)and am wondering if this speed is enough for playing online games like league of legends and dota2?plz suggest what is the minimum requirement for playing these games so i can think taking a plan not burning my pocketplzreply fast this issue is life threatening if delayed(boredom can kill us)thanks friends
