Is it not so easy to get 3G data card? Vodafone "Contact us" is asking for 48 hrs to revert back

Hi,How easy is it to get a new 3G data card in Chennai? When I tried contacting Vodafone, I was talking to the machine most of the time, and finally I was not able to talk to any representative about the new connection. I wanted to talk to a representative about the following, but of no use.1) Some 3G vendors are saying that roaming charges apply. How about vodafone using in South states?2) Any new plan for voice plus data where roaming charges are not there?Let me know how useful this forum is.thanks & regards,Kannan
