Man, don't ask why folks with Androids keep rooting ROMs. Having done it hundreds of times myself, I have no clue why I need to install every damn update, even those WIP.My best guess is most do it because we just CAN with Android, and in some cases, doing so extends the phone's usability lifetime, like in my case where my phone which was long ditched by HTC saying it could not support ICS, has been running JB for sometime now.
