Moving to dadar is 5net a good option?

I am going to move to dadar (Shivaji park area). I wanted to know is the service good? and what about the downtime? and Is the cost of the plan given on their site same charged by them?I am a youtube and a heavy downloader.or is their any other good option?
 
cost is abt 700-800 for 1 mbps, 2500 for 5mbps and 3500 for 10mbps @ shivaji park if i remembr correctly. dun bother looking @ the plans on the website. those rates are not applicable. almost minimal downtime.
