Airtel Broadband is not giving proper service

i pay Rs 1200-1300 and get 2 mbps till 25GB and then 512kbps umlimited. now my speed is fluctuating b/w 512 and less. they say it is full(512kbps) from their side.And no service will be provided. What is use of paying this much money.thanks.
 
You've crossed the FUP limit? Also which ISP do you use? well technically they're inclined to provide speed advertised only up to their node. since you're getting 512kbps ..they won't do anything
