WIn XP 25 Seconds gap Task Scheduler.

Is there any way I could run 2 batch files only once after a gap of 25 seconds between them in WIn XP ? Not really working tried couple of methods already. It is related to resetting the modem but has to be done in gap of some 25 seconds and in XP i can only do it min for 1min...

Make the 1st script call the 2nd after the 1st finishes its execution and waits 25 seconds
