Unable to access network computer

I am using the Sify 2mbps broadband connection setup through D-Link router in 5 computer. When I connect the sify, I'm unable to access the network computers. The message showing that "you might not have permission to access the network. Please contact the administrator". Can any one help me how to sort out this problem.ThanksSuraj
