can i use a wifi router?

Hello.

I am vinod kumar, from Hyderabad.
i am using EXCELL media internet service.
It is a cable based service. I dont know much about these.
When i start my browser, it opens EXCELL login page and i need to enter my UID and PWD.
This is the info i had.

Now can i connect a wifi router. (Netgear WGR614 Wireless-N 150 Router | Router | Flipkart.com)

Same here, having SIFY cable broadband, need to connect 2 PC, 1 TV, 1 BLURAY and wifi for media player. Can any body help to find a cheapest solution.

I believe you can get a router for cable based internet services. You may need to "login" in whichever device you are browsing in any case.
