Tired complaining every wer is it ok to mail few secretary here??

Well last time that s 4 days back i was not getting a dial tone and incoming also but very noisy could not here even dial tone but broadband was working lol.. I mailed few secretary and some bsnl general manager available on their website
Dunno who took the action
Got a call at night 8:45 from area jto asking is your phone working now?
That was quite different calling late night? that too from those stupid people?

But it was ok that day with small disturbance.. now noisy again but not that noisy..I can hear the dial tone atleast..

It's s not luck..I torture them like that.. My 100th post from 2011.that took a while lol
