There was also this episode where the two guys fooled her into believing that a small box was 'the internet'. That was hilarious. The series itself was pretty badly paced though, some really good episodes and some terribly boring ones.

Right, it's The IT Crowd. A British series with 4 seasons of 6 episodes each. The two lead guys are stereotyped, one of them more so. The boss who comes in the second season is pretty good. The Americans tried to remake this, and as with all their previous attempts at aping a British series, failed miserably. It didn't go beyond the pilot episode.
