I am planning to purchase a BSNL EVDO data card, as at BSNL's website you can get unlimited download without any FUP at upto 3.1mbps for just 750/month.But i never used it before so i need your suggestions about EVDO's performance, please mention the demerits of EVDO, if any. Will BSNL guy provide a demo at my home if request them at BSNL office?

Yes. BSNL will provide a demo if you request them at their office. Make sure you get good signal strength before you pay them.

@vikramgaur - Yes i am satisfied with "bobbyguitarist" that you must first take a demo for the connection and if it will give good speed then buy it....As my knowledge BSNL EVDO provides good speed in all areas except Metro Cities.
