Plan Change, Please Help!!

I have changed my Bsnl BB Plan from 499 to "BB Home ULD 750" and the bill for the next month has come asBB - Fixed Monthly Charges : 750.00+BB - Plan Deposit Charges : 750.00A) Now Does BSNL charge the "PLAN CHANGE Charges" every time you change the Plan?B) I also use Landline where the monthly charge is Rs. 110.00 per month, I think I should go for "BB Home Combo ULD 900" plan, please suggest is it ok? and will I again be charged with Rs. 900.00 extra the next month ?Thanks to all in advance to reply
 
That is one month advance which comes with every plan. You will get a refund when you moves to cheaper plan.For ULD 900 you need to pay only Rs. 150 + already paid Rs. 750
