ACT broadband not working since 20th July (20 days...)

I have just faced a horrible service from ACT broadband technician team and customer care service.My ACT broadband connection is not working since 20th July. I have raised a companied several times regarding my issue.I am calling call customer care service everyday 2-3 times. And now everyone knows me there, so they are ignoring my calls.Every time I am getting messages like below from operator,(1) Issue will be resolved within an hour.(2) Issue will be solved by today evening.(3) Issue will be solved by tomorrow.(4) Over technician will call you.(5) Mr. Babu will call you.None of above has happened till now. Internet is still not working and Technician has not called.It is nearly 20 days now but don’t see any hope. Faced a really pathetic service by any ISP in Bangalore.My complain numbers:20 July : 000038741227 July : 000039733430 July : 00004023802 August : 00004064753 August : 0000408518And funny part is, they are sending me bill...............
