can i use asianet digital connection both pc and tv at same time

iam going to take a new asianet digital connection,,,,i want to use it on pc using (TV TUNER CARD) and tv at same time ,,,want to change channels seperatly at same time and want to watch different channels on both pc and tv....sorry iam very bad in english
 
one option is that connect stb to tv through av cable their is cable out point in stb from their you connect to tv tuner card and tune analog channel so you can watch digital signal through box and analog signal though pcother option is spit the av by using 3 RCA AV Video/Audio Splitter Plug Adapter (1 female to 2 female) you need 3 no , one for video and other 2 for audio it cost less than 100 rs
