Selfcare portal not updating usage

selfcare portal has not updated usage from four days. This website is total crap..god knows who developed this.. profile is not getting updated from 1 month now even usage is gone.

To both of you guys - Is your plan unlimited?My usage at selfcare portal stopped updating since I moved on to the 900ULD plan. That maybe the case?
