do hathway speeds really change after fair usage policy?

really any more members experiencing same plz share here..i will also then switch to 5mbps plan..how long u guys are using the plans and plz share ur location pm me.

2 mumbai buyers are happy with it..i will give it a try ..but ny more mumbai fellows getting same service

Confirm here (after using 5 MBPS) whether speeds really changes after FUP!
 
I'm not using 5 mbps connection but 2mbps instead im from bangalore and I can tell u that after FUP speed is getting low.Basically after FUP speed should be low for any plan , I think it's a bug for those who have the same speed after FUP.
