hello guys, im using bsnl 3g sim in mobile partner with 2g plan of rs 270 for 10gb. and i am getting a constant speed of 120kbps.but have few doubts where i need your help, the matter is when i plug in my dongle in my laptop it shows wcdma networks but as i connect it to internet immediately it changes to hsdpa but the speed still remains that of wcdma so why it is heppaning or is there any possibility to get the really hspa speed if my dongle successfully getting hsdpa network after connecting???
