Wanna Play Aoe With Frnd

ok..as teh topic says i wanna play AOE 2 over the internet with my frnd.the thing is we both have triband connection, but we are never able to connect to each others ip's...we can play when my frnd connects using dial up and i connect to his ip....but there r freq disconnections. 🙁 ive heard abt portforwarding, but frnds say that u need a static ip for it to work...whereas whenever i reboot my router, my ip changes.will using Hamachi work in our case??i've connected the router thru usb to my pc (ethernet gave me a hell lot of probs)..so kindly advise... 🤔

yaaaa, hamachi is used for that very purpose. go to the videogames forum and search for aoeII and u'll get some netwrks which u can join to get more players. u can ge hamachi frm here :http://www.hamachi.cc/download/
