i think it has been applicable since ever. just not accessible enough to the end user. i mean your domain registrar is not going to push this in your face when you are trying to buy a .in domain right?

of course it applies on all type of .in domains.lol. try discussing the sale terms. and you would realize that it is probably not affordable to buy a .com domain. there are tons of options available to me if i ever decide to move from .in domains.broadbandforum.co is available for example.

lol. why? am i a us based entity? us laws are as absurd. they take control over your domain for linking to potential infringing material.
