yes, but helpful only if you have a single PC connected to the net, what happens if you have a laptop, a tablet, a phone and netbook also accessing the net? A router based utility like the following is more appropriate..

yeah but even those are not accurate. atleast the one i tried that comes inbuilt with dd-wrt. it shows all messed up readings.

nope this one is pretty accurate, have used DDWRT even that was accurate for me
