Major connectivity issues on BSNL Broadband

i have BSNL BB and facing very know issuelots of websites are not opening only google service ,facebook ,yahoo opening and others are not anybody facing same issue ?
 
I'm on Beam (in Hyd).. have the same issue...Any news of overseas link down??
 
Not only BSNL, we have users on beam and alliance complaing on same issue. Seems under sea cable cut.
 
i thought it was only bsnl thanks for update guysfacebook is working fine yahoo messenger working fine ,msn not working ,

I did a tracert for few sites that are opening and for a few that not opening. For those that are opening its going to Singapore >> Hongkong and working fine. For those that are not working, its either timing out outside Cochin or Johannesburg.
