Dear All, I am new to this forum. I have BSNL 2G prepaid with 1 minute plan (Kolkata Circle). Recently i have recharged my internet with Rs 301, validity 90 days and account balance i got is Rs 16,777 approx. But 3 months before when i recharged with Rs 301 i got account balance of 32,777 approx. Called up BSNL Customer care, but they said it is ok. I don't know what really happened. Can you guys throw some light on it ? I am really confused.
