today i got sepctranet wifi connectioni was charged rs 1500 as installation cost and unlimited 1mbps plan @ rs 899 per month..but in their website there is no such plan and nothing told about installation cost.. am i getting cheated?
 
1500 is on the higher side. Did they give you any receipt for that? Also, the 1Mbps plan is 599 not 899.http://www.spectranet.in/wifi-tariff/wifi-tariff.php
 
sorry its cable broadband they have mentioned in their website.. but for installation they promised me to recoup upto Rs 500 if they get 5 more connections in my flat.. at the rate of Rs 100 per connection.. they didnt give any receipt for that.. normally how much they are charging for installation? in chennai
