Facebook Chat not working on Pidgin!

I think it is something screwed up at FB end. IMO too not able to connect to FB
 
i guess it is a good thing. i do not like pidgin connecting to friends on facebook when they are online on other networks...
 
errm. pidgin does not need a plugin for facebook. it now has native support for the facebook chat protocol 😕
 
er, isn't that plugin based, and the plugin comes preloaded with pidgin? hmm, will check on monday.
 

in any case, i am connecting properly to the facebook network. the error message does not say that my username or password are incorrect 🙂
