These were apparently the best of the lot. I read through the long list, but couldn't find any that were better. Have to give it to the guy managing the account. Tremendous sense of calm and humour.

I bet a lot of social media people would do a similar job provided they have the freedom given by the company. Flipkart is a good example here in India. Airtel is not. I have also heard a lot of good stuff about the insurance company Geico. Their twitter feed is pretty awesome.
