when i am adding bunch of files to winrar archive it happens to make the final rar file in the same folder where all files are at.
Is there anyway to change the destination folder of the final archive ?
 
uh, in the destination folder right click - new - winRAR archive, then open it and add the files.
 
I remember reading the email from WinRAR about dropping the ACE format. There was a time when I preferred creating ACE archives rather than RAR or ZIP ones.
 
I still use Winrar (an old cracked version) to unpack mp3 songs I download. Occasionally.

dunno what they did with their mailing list software. my subscription from i assume 10 year ago got reactivated suddenly all by itself.
