DSL_Unlimited_599 withdrawn?

Hi Guys,

I am currently on the DSL_Unlimited_599 plan but it is no longer listed on MTNL's website. Has it been withdrawn? Customer care said they dont know.

If it is withdrawn I would want to switch to a new plan since all other plans would get updated periodically but the ones which are withdrawn wont be updated.

I think existing customers typically retain the plans they are on even if the plan has been withdrawn. I remember being on the Night Unltd plan even after it was withdrawn. However, you can move to the Xpress Combo/Noncombo Unlimited 600 plan which is better value - for the same amount you get 2mbps up to 10 GB and 512/750kbps after that.
 
Yes they seem to have removed it from their website. I used to be on that plan for a long time till I switched to my current plan. In those days it was 512 kbps for 599, the same can be had for 399 🙂 If you are on that plan you will continue on it till you opt for another plan but you will not be able to get back to it later on, Its a one way ticket 🙂
