Had watched this a few days ago. was totally shocked and surprised that every dialogue and every scene of this movie happened in reality. Had cross checked the original real CCTV footage online and news reports as to this really happenedCan't believe people are so naive/dumb.
 
These type of prank calls started from 1993 to 2004 until this particular case was cracked by the police.70 cases were documented throughout U.S. with many suspected to be unreported due to shame.Surprisingly the person who played prank got away scot-free and Mcdonalds had to pay penalty as it happened in their stores
