High ping flux on June 5

MTNL Triband ADSL2+ 8Mbps 1690
I am getting high ping flux (+-40 ms) on all servers today with MTNL Triband Mumbai.Even Speedtest.net Mumbai server says 94ms ping when I usually get 20ms. Also it is not able to complete upload test, says error.Net connection is stable and download speed is ok. Ping Flux is ruining online gaming with massive lags.I am on UL1333. Anyone confirm this pls. I am in Borivali, Mumbai.
