high lag in mtnl

MTNL delhi is giving me high lag (200MS to mumbai). What to do? Tries various DNS

Seems to related to the issue that the Mumbai users are facing.

Yup there is a problem today managed to login just now not possible all day even though I tried different DNS settings but the speeds are v poor 🙁
