I got the connnection from BSNL broadband.BSNL is not providing modem with the connection. So I bought Belkin basic N150 wireless modem-router.The problem is modem is working very good by giving the line wire directly to the to it(modem). As suggested by the BSNL agent I bought a adsl splitter(made in china) which of cost 40/- in order to let my landline phone work. After connected to the splitter, modem is not taking the signal.Ibought another splitter to fix the problem. But it is also doing the same.I just want my landline phone work asusal.I bought a new wire for my modem. My landline phone is having the old wire which is thinner than the new wire.Is it problem with the cable. Is there any good adsl splitter? Please give me reply for my problem.

Spiltter seems fine. Does the router work, when you don't connect the phone, but connect the splitter ?

make sure u are connecting wires in the splitter in the correct slots for dsl, line and phone..
