Incessant rain has brought floods in Assam. However people of Guwahati are enjoying the floods, as a rivulet out here is flowing dangerously laden with money. Will need to wait & see if notes are genuine & if so, they are either savings of someone affected by flood or money stashed away after some crime.

or they're flowing because some politician stashed his cash in some follower's house and that house got flooded.
