windows problem..

hi! i am using a bsnl dial up connection on windows 7 home basic.a few weeks back i started having the problem that whenever i tried to connect to my internet when my laptop is already on,it just woudnt connect.i would have to restart the laptop before it would be able to connect again .but since yesterday it aggravated and i cant connect even after restarting it again and again.can anyone give any solutions or suggestions?
