unable to connect belkin surf n300 to bsnl broad band:(

i own Belkin surf n 300 modem router...the first piece never connected to internet . i got it replaced with a new one managed to set it up worked fin for about 10 days its power adapter blew up......... again got it replace .got brand new router but im not able to cofigure it updated the firmware got all settings right no joy belkin support also failed !!! the bsnl line is fine working great on a Nokia simens modem router ( bsnl wireless router). plz help takes 1.5 months to get it replaced and boored of wating !!!

unable to link image settings : id pass service name ip assinged by isp yes vpi /vci 0/35 encapsulation llc mtu 1492

Settings are alright. Router seems faulty. Belkin stuff usually sucks. Can you set mtu to auto ? Although I don't think that would be the cause of your troubles.

Is there any log option in the router?

naa mtu cant be on auto tried in dynamic mode also no joy ...yes there is a log it says login failedthe tech support guy asked me to rest id pass frm bsnl office dunno how its gonna help!!
