That's what I am doing. CONTROL 😀 Nokia is taking like ages to come out with one phone. I badly feel like getting a WP7 or an N9 - too bad the latter is even harder to get.

errm. Nokia had originally said that their wp devices would launch early next year. now they are planning to launch some by the end of the year. as for n9... it is not set to launch in india in september. but it should be here before the end of the year. but the question is... why would anyone want to purchase n9 🙁 it is a fantastic phone. but where would you get the apps from!nokia wp devices should arrive in india as soon as they launch globally. india is an important market for them. and android is booming here. so they and microsoft would want to take on android here in india. as for n9... our online stores would ensure that they would be available sooner or later.

Even if the N9 comes to India, it is going to be much costlier than getting it shipped from the US or UK, simply because it will be made available as an 'exquisite' device. I don't mind the lack of apps, because I am not really an app person. I hardly use any apps on my Android. Heck, I hardly use my Android 😀 I have managed well on the outdated Nokia 5800, and it does pretty well the stuff that I need - Tapatalk, Facebook, and Opera. Not to mention the maps, and calling. I splurge bought a WP7, and am getting the itches to buy another one right now - the Dell Venue Pro is available for a cool $270 locked to T-Mobile. Hopefully I will control myself 😛

n9 is not an exquisite model 😀 though it might become a collector's item. a lot of people are interested in meego. meego is not going anywhere in any case. intel already has major plans to launch smartphones and tablets powered by meego running on their mobile processors that would launch next year. so n9 would become a good platform to developer for to target these next generation devices. the fact remains, intel has too much on the stake when it comes to mobile markets. ARM is kicking their ass. the world is switching from feature phones and computers to smartphones and tablets. they are likely to bet big on meego considering it is their best chance to showcase their own hardware technology. Apple of course is not going to use intel processors. rumors claim that their next processor A6 might power the next macbook air (ios and os x might converge to become what os xi would be). intel is porting android to their processor platform. but it remains unlikely intel processors would become popular choice for android devices because of the cost factor.

Mango update makes WP7 bit acceptable as smart phone that's all. Still they need to release 500 more features to make it truely acceptable as smart phone.Mang uppdate is like OS on medical treatment showing sign of revival.Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk

Thank you for your inquiry regarding how, to change the langauge on youur phone.

Because of a license restriction from the software developer Microsoft, it will not be possible, to change the langauge on your device.

There may be a 3 party app, that can change the langauge for you, but we can not refer, to any specific applications as installing an additional langauge on the phone can damage then device and also have an effect on the warranty.

A cousin is in EU and was provided a Windows Phone smartphone from his company. The language on his device is Danish. No support for English.

He contacted HTC about getting English language support on his phone. And this was the response.

The person writing this was braindead

Also, I think MS will have a collective heart attack if they were told to sell something WITHOUT artificial restrictions once
