No English audio feed

Over the last few months the english feed for Cartoon Network/Nickelodeon/Disney Channel don't seem to be working. IS it just me or is everyone else in Mumbai facing the same frustrating issue?
 
I didnt find English audio feed in C&N in Hyderabad also.
 
That because the channels have mandated the same on us. Pl log in your complaints to Turner for Cartoon network & Pogo on 022 42099999.

Does Turner even take complaints directly from individual customers?
And what about Disney and Nick?
