Govt is now considering to make benefits of cloud computing available to masses. They have even appointed a infy guy to make this possible. With huge amounts of data and devices available on the cloud ppl will need access to high GB plans. The 10, 3 and 30 GB plans are a joke. Besides that we need higher minimum speeds post FUP.. While it is a right step forward, I am surprised that govt has not considered implementing NTP 2012 a prerequisite before going for the cloud thing. Without strong broadband backbone, cloud computing would not be possible. Big ISPs like Airtel offering high GB plans would be the first step.
