Best HSPA+ Modem

I'm planning to purchase a modem supporting HSPA+ technology.After going through certain reviews I think Huawei UMG1831 & Huawei E182E are best options.Please suggest which among these two will be the best option.Please do suggest any other models if any available supporting the HSPA+ technology.

Huawei E353 is the best if you want nothing under 3G. This model does not support 2G or Edge.

I prefer a modem supporting both 2G & 3G with the latest HSPA+ technology.Please suggest which among UMG1831 & E182E will be the best option to invest in.
