BSNL 4mbps plan problem. help me

I have bsnl 4 mbps plan and teracom modem, but i saw 2 mbps in my modem configuration page and download speed max 60 kbps.can any one tell me about this?

Dear Ajit.I am Rajiwinder from Ludhiana city of Punjab state.This is problem.BSNL GIVE LESS SPEED IN UNLIMTED PLAIN.I ALSO USE RS 900 PLAN 4MPBS SPEED UP TO EIGHT G.B AFTER THAT 512 KBPS.SOME TIME SPEDD IS VERY SLOW AND THE WEBSITE IS ALSO NOT OPEN.THAT TIME THEY SAID SERVER PROBLEM FROM BENGLORE. rspawan@gmail.com

you have to contact the SDE of your exchange to raise the cap of your connection from 2mbps to 4mbps
