Suggest a good ISP near Trivandrum

I used to stay at Pattom for the last 3 years, and had a tata photon plus. The speeds were good enough to boast. However, after i moved to Muttada (Deep into the suburbs), I get nothing above 20kbps. I need a reasonably fast wired connection(4+mbps), with a good fup(10+GB). Availability of a ststic ip would be nice, since i need to ssh into my home pc ocassionally. Thanks in advance!

bsnl . I guess you need to pay 1000 odd bucks per year for a static IP.

I couldnt find any 4+mbps scheme below 2K from bsnl. Correct me if i am wrong.

900 bucks for 4mbps up to 8Gb , 512kbps beyond that.

1350 for 4mbps up to 30gb, 512kbps beyond that.
